How long has the company been established?
Stormseal has been established since the 1980s. With over twenty years experience, you can rest assured that we can design and install your uPVC products to the highest standards your home deserves.

Where can I read comments other customers have made about you and your products?
Here at Stormseal we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our work. Don’t just take our word for it, take a look at what our customers have on the testimonials section.

When will my personal Home Advisor be able to visit?
Our Home Advisors will agree a time that suits you – whenever you’re available, so are we! Usually, your home visit can be booked within 24 hours, often the same evening, but always at a time to suit you.

How much will it cost me to replace my windows or doors?
Everyone’s taste is different, as with the size and style of house you have. Our different homes and styles means we all have different requirements. We’ve got a range of energy saving windows and doors to suit any bugdet and style of home, so to provide you with a free no obligation quotation we’d need to visit to survey your property and get feedback from you on what your needs are and what you’d like done.

How can you guarantee my window and door frames for 10 years?
At Stormseal we only install products of a very high standard. All our windows, doors, French doors, patios, porches, roofline, conservatories, fascias, soffits and guttering are of the highest quality and build to last, keeping you safe, warm and secure year after year.

How can I pay for my new windows and doors?
You can pay in one go or, if you would like, you can spread the cost to suit your budget. Stormseal offer a very competitive method of flexible payments, so it’s easier for you and your bank balance, meaning we save you pounds all year round. Just ask your Home Advisor for more information on our great range of ways to pay.

Can you give me a price over the phone, or by email?
Without knowing all the information, how can we offer you an accurate price? Stormseal Price Promise is there to make sure you have been given an accurate quotation on your home improvement with the styles, finishes, glazing and security system you have chosen.

Do you finance for poor credit customers?
We will always try our utmost to help in any way we can, ensuring that everyone can get the products and deal that suits them best. Don’t worry if you have CCJ’s or have been turned down by other companies, with a range of finance packages we can be sure to find one that suits you.

Can I pay with flexible monthly payments?
At Stormseal our customers are treated on their individual needs, so we can be sure to find you a finance package that suits your needs and requirements, so you can spread the cost to suit your budget, saving you pounds all year round.

Do you do wooden/timber windows?
No, we don’t do products made from wood as we specialise in high-grade PVCu, but we do actually have a range of realistic wood effect profiles, and these look just as good – if not better – than the real thing!

If you would like the traditinoal look of timber but without all the associated maintenance hassles of real wood, then our realistic wood effect profiles are for you.

What is covered under your 10 year guarantee?
All Stormseal PVCu frames are guaranteed against corrosion, weather proofing and any reasonable faults that may occur as a result of inferior workmanship. The benefits of our guarantee are in addition to the glass manufacturer’s guarantee, and also the purchaser’s statuatory rights. The guarantee is also transferable. For more information, click here.

What does “internally-beaded” mean?
The beading itself is located on the inside of the frame. The beading is the part of the frame holding the glass in place, usually a plastic strip at the edge of the glass, which snaps securely into the recess. Beading can, however, be easily removed, which is why internally beaded frames are more secure for your home.

Can you supply my doors with cat/dog flaps?
Yes we can, simply ask your Home Advisor when they visit and they’ll be able to discuss this and any other options available on your chosen doors.

My question isn’t answered here, where can I get answers?

If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, you can simply email us or request a call back and we will contact you at the earlier opportunity.
